You will be given an in-depth assessment which will evaluate your core stability, postural alignment, flexibility and muscle strength. With her experience and knowledge of the human body she is able to design a specific flexibility and exercise programmes designed around you and your aims. There are no generic exercise programmes as we are all different and we know one size does not fit all!

Every one to one session is monitored so your progress can be assessed to help ensure that you are on track in achieving your goals.
